RoHS detection items include lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr), polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs).

Regarding projects such as HBCDD, BBP, DBP, DEHP, etc., this directive only mentions prioritizing the evaluation of whether they are included in the control in the future and does not mandate manufacturers to conduct testing.

CB system certification

The CB system (IEC system for qualification testing and certification of electrical products) is an international system operated by IECEE. The certification bodies of IECEE member states test the safety performance of electrical products based on IEC standards. The results of the CB system (IEC system for qualification testing and certification of electrical products) testing, namely the CB test report and CB test certificate, are mutually recognized in IECEE member states.

Its purpose is to reduce international trade barriers that arise due to the need to meet certification or approval criteria in different countries. IECEE is the abbreviation for the International Electrotechnical Commission's Organization for Testing and Certification of Electrical Products.

The products covered by the CB system are within the scope of IEC standards recognized by the IECEE system. At present, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is not included in CB system, unless the IEC standard used has special requirements.
