Common troubleshooting of the unit


Fault status: Unit not running

Fault status: The water pump is running but the water is not circulating or the water pump has high noise

Possible cause of malfunction: clogged drying filter; The pressure drop through the heat exchanger is too high

Solution: Replace the drying filter; Check if the opening of the thermal expansion valve is appropriate

Fault status: compressor oil loss

Possible cause of malfunction: Insufficient lubricating oil
