The water temperature of a swimming pool is one of the important parameters for measuring swimming comfort. Excessive temperature can cause people to feel low air pressure, which can easily cause symptoms such as shortness of breath and palpitations. If the temperature is too low, it can make people feel cold, leading to cramps and accidents. A suitable water temperature can make swimmers feel warm and comfortable, which plays an important role in ensuring people's safe exercise. Therefore, constant temperature heating of the swimming pool water and maintaining the water temperature within a reasonable range are important links in the daily operation and management of the swimming pool.


The constant temperature heating methods for swimming pool water usually include electric heating, gas heating, municipal heat source heating, solar heating, and air energy heat pump heating.


At present, the more economical methods for constant temperature heating of swimming pools are solar heating and air source heat pump heating. When using solar heating, when choosing a solar heater, it is necessary to consider the seasonality of solar energy utilization comprehensively. If the heating area of the solar heater is determined according to the winter sunshine conditions, it will increase the investment amount. In summer, the heating capacity is surplus, and the sun will cause damage to the collector when it is exposed to sunlight. If the solar collector's heat collection area is determined according to the summer sunshine conditions, there will be insufficient heat collection area in winter. At this time, a secondary heating method should be chosen to compensate for the demand caused by insufficient solar heating capacity. So, how to determine the heat collection area of a collector requires comprehensive consideration of various factors.


In recent years, air energy heat pumps have provided a more energy-efficient and cost-effective method for constant temperature heating of swimming pools. The air energy swimming pool constant temperature unit uses refrigerant as the medium, inputs a small amount of electrical energy, absorbs heat energy from the air, and generates hot water. The vaporization temperature of the refrigerant is low, and it can vaporize at -40 ℃. Therefore, there is a temperature difference between it and the external temperature. The refrigerant absorbs the external temperature in the evaporator and vaporizes into a low-temperature and low-pressure gas, which is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas by the compressor. After exchanging heat with water through the condenser, it is condensed into a liquid, which is throttled and depressurized by an electronic expansion valve to become a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid, Then, after absorbing the heat from the air in the evaporator, it continues to be sucked in by the compressor, continuously circulating to produce hot water and maintain the constant temperature of the swimming pool.

The air energy heat pump adopts a high-efficiency pure titanium heat exchanger that can operate in ultra-low and high temperature environments. It is equipped with precise electronic expansion valves to effectively control the compression ratio of the system, with high energy efficiency, smooth control, and more energy-saving. It also has a corrosion-resistant evaporator, which has a long service life and will not easily cause small faults or problems that affect energy conservation and use.


From the perspective of scientific utilization of thermal energy, using high-grade energy sources such as electricity and gas to heat hot water for bathing at only 40 ℃ is extremely uneconomical. Even if such a heating process achieves 100% thermal efficiency, it may appear that there is no loss of thermal energy, but in reality, it is already accompanied by huge energy losses, which is a huge waste of energy. Existing water heaters are essentially energy conversion devices that can convert electrical energy, chemical energy of fuel, or solar energy into thermal energy. The system's "efficiency" cannot reach 100%, such as gas water heaters. Due to the emission of high-temperature exhaust gas, incomplete combustion, and loss of heat exchange efficiency, the actual heating coefficient is only between 0.5 and 0.7.


A heat pump is a device that transfers heat from a low-temperature heat source (such as air) to a high-temperature heat source by consuming a portion of high-quality energy, based on the working principle of the reverse Carnot cycle. Heat includes high-quality heat consumed and heat absorbed from low-temperature sources. A heat pump is not a device for converting heat energy, but a device for transporting heat. The efficiency of heat pump heating is not limited by the conversion efficiency (100% is the limit). The improvement of air energy heat pump technology is currently a good choice for constant temperature heating in swimming pools.
