1. The principle of proximity: Place the swimming pool heat pump unit near the building where it is being used, on the roof or ground. Please choose a location away from the rest area to avoid affecting daily activities and noise interference.
2. When the swimming pool heat pump unit is designed with a side air inlet, the distance between the intake surface and the wall should be greater than 1M, and the distance between the two units should be greater than 1.5M.
3. When installing a unit with a top-down structure, the space above the water outlet is greater than 2M.
4. The stacking height of the unit shall not be less than 30cm, and the actual water and snow accumulation environment should be considered, which is higher than the local maximum water and snow accumulation height.
5. During the installation of the unit, it is necessary to consider the drainage channel of the condensed water.
6. The water tank of the heating system should not be placed in a corrosive environment.
1.PVC pipes can be directly used as inlet and outlet pipes downstream of filtration devices and swimming pool pumps, as well as upstream of chlorine generators, ozone generators, and chemical disinfection.
2. The optimal distance between the unit and the water tank should be kept within 7.5M, and the distance should be greater than 7.5M. It is recommended to use an insulation pipe with 10MM insulation cotton.
3. Install a removable joint or valve at the water inlet and outlet of the unit to facilitate drainage and subsequent maintenance.
4. The water flow of the water system should match the water pump suitable for the unit, and neither too large nor too small can utilize the unit to maximize its performance.
5. The water pressure that the heat exchanger can withstand shall strictly comply with the design allowable range, and overpressure is not allowed.
6. During the operation of the heat pump, it is normal to generate condensed water. If there is accumulated water on the chassis, please check whether the plastic drain nozzle of the chassis is blocked. During installation, drainage issues should also be considered.
7. In order to avoid damage to the circulating pipe and heat pump unit, it is prohibited to connect the tap water pipe to the circulating pipe.
8. For hot water heating systems, select water tanks with good thermal insulation performance.
1. The socket capacity should meet the power bearing requirements in the unit manual.
2. Select high-quality and reliable sockets with leakage protection and grounding measures.
3. No other electrical equipment shall be placed around the unit power socket to avoid tripping and leakage protection.
4. Install the water temperature sensor probe into the probe tube in the middle of the water tank and fix it.
