Within this temperature range, the application of air source heat pumps in the domestic and commercial hot water fields has become very popular, and we will not elaborate on it here. The hot water required for floor heating is around 45 ℃, and the heat pump is used in conjunction with geothermal pipelines, resulting in high heating efficiency. Even after a heating season, the electricity cost of the equipment is far lower than that of traditional thermal storage electric heaters. If combined with efficient floor heating devices, such as the "prefabricated trench thin floor radiation heating board", the water inlet temperature only needs 35 ℃, then the energy-saving effect is more significant. Currently, floor heating is recognized as the best end heating solution for air source heat pumps.

Meanwhile, compared to central air conditioning, the biggest advantage of air source heat pumps is that they can be grounded and warm at the end, making them more comfortable. The operating characteristics of underfloor heating and radiators are small flow rate and large temperature difference, while the operating characteristics of fan coil units are small temperature difference and large flow rate. So the design concept of air source heat pump is different from that of central air conditioning. Central air conditioning is based on the premise that the end is a fan coil unit, and the two units are too small and the water pump is too large, without considering the operating characteristics of underfloor heating. So traditional central air conditioning cannot provide underfloor heating.



(4) 50 ℃: Agricultural greenhouse, animal husbandry and breeding

Traditional agricultural greenhouses and animal husbandry generally use coal-fired hot air stoves and other electric heating equipment for heating. Not only does it require high energy consumption and pollution, but it also requires dedicated personnel to continuously monitor and maintain temperature stability for a long time. Once temperature fluctuations occur, the losses to farmers and breeders are often enormous.

The air source heat pump, combined with underfloor heating, heat sink, and fan plate, not only generates uniform and fast heating, but also intelligently controls the temperature inside the greenhouse. Although the initial investment is relatively large, in daily use, the heating of the heat pump is more stable, reducing various losses caused by temperature fluctuations. The unit does not require dedicated management during operation, and the cost is more economical.

In the past two years, in order to ensure the supply of winter agricultural products and reduce coal pollution in winter agricultural production, provinces such as Beijing, Hebei, Henan, and Shanxi have explicitly renovated suburban coal-fired heating agricultural greenhouses, with air source heat pumps as the main heat source. (5) 55 ℃: fan disc and new radiator heating

The advantages of fan coil units in heating systems are mainly reflected in: short start-up time, which is conducive to energy conservation; Simplify the system, facilitating design and installation; Simple control; Low cost.

Fan coil unit is a type of forced convection radiator, and the water supply temperature of the pipeline is not high. Generally, the water supply temperature of the fan coil unit does not need to exceed 60 ℃. A heat source with a temperature above 40 ℃ can ensure the effective operation of the fan coil system. 40 ℃ hot water is an easy task for air energy heat pump systems.


(6) 65 ℃: Retrofit of old-fashioned radiators

The heat dissipation principle of a radiator is that hot water flows in it, dissipating heat outward, and increasing room temperature. There are many materials for radiators, including iron radiators, steel radiators, and copper aluminum composite radiators. Most of them are made of metal and have a certain reduction effect on heat transfer, which is not as effective as direct hot air blowing.

So when paired with radiators, air energy heat pumps often require a water temperature of over 60 ℃ to achieve indoor heating. Therefore, air energy heat pumps require more power consumption to generate more heat. Moreover, the larger the housing area, the more radiators are required, which will occupy indoor space and reduce the area for personal activities. However, the advantages of radiators are also very obvious, which are short installation cycles, simple construction methods, and low costs.

For some heating systems that require a water temperature of 75 ℃ or even higher, high-temperature cascade heat pumps can be used to meet the requirements.


(7) 75 ℃: drying in industries, agriculture, and services

Hot water or hot air drying at around 55-75 ℃ is the advantage of air source heat pumps. Heat pump drying, as a potential market for energy conservation, cross development between agricultural machinery and HVAC, has been in a rapid development period in recent years, attracting increasing attention from government departments, as well as various industries such as HVAC, agricultural machinery, agricultural product processing, and environmental protection.


The drying market has always been a weakness in China's agricultural machinery market. The average drying rate of food, tea, medicinal materials, and sludge is relatively low. However, it is precisely because of this that the development potential of the heat pump drying machine market is enormous and there is much room for improvement. With the continuous increase in sales of heat pump dryers, their application effects are gradually recognized by more people, mainly in three key areas: agriculture, industry, and service industry.

From the current energy structure and environmental pressure, the development potential of heat pump drying is very great. According to statistics, under the same working conditions, the heat pump drying system saves 70% energy compared to the coal-fired system; 70% lower carbon emissions; PM10, PM2.5, and other inhalable particulate pollutants decreased by 99%. If all coal-fired grills are replaced, the estimated market share of heat pump drying will exceed trillion yuan.


(8) 85 ℃: disinfection, high-temperature hot water

In the field of high-temperature hot water, the most common application of air energy heat pumps is in the electroplating industry. The electroplating process has very strict requirements for hot water, and continuous hot water temperature of no less than 68 ℃ is required during the production process.


According to rough statistics, there are currently 15000 electroplating production plants nationwide, with over 5000 production lines and a production capacity of 250-30 million square meters of electroplating area. In order to solve the problem of air pollution, governments in various regions are currently demolishing traditional coal-fired, oil-fired, or gas-fired boilers within a specified period of time.


By using an air powered high-temperature heat pump, the solution can be heated to 72 ℃ and supplied to an insulated water tank. The high-temperature solution in the water tank is supplied to the electroplating tank, and the workpiece and solution flow in reverse. After the workpiece is plated, it flows out of the plating bath. The solution is cooled to 68 ℃ after passing through the plating bath, which can fully meet the production needs of the electroplating factory.
